What can be returned?

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact us with your order details and photos so we can review the issue.

Change of mind, sizing and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size selected incorrectly, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please check the product measurements before ordering.

Where should I send my return?

Please contact us first. Do not send returns to the address on the package without instructions from us.
