Measurements guide

Use a soft tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body.

Chest / bust
With your arms relaxed, take the tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust and across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest point of your torso. Do not pull the tape tight.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

These instructions measure your body circumference. Follow the labels and units in this product’s size chart; body circumference and flat garment width are different measurements.

Comparing with a garment you own

If the chart lists garment dimensions, lay a similar, well-fitting garment flat without stretching it. Compare the same measurement points: chest width from underarm to underarm, length from the highest shoulder point to the hem, and sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the cuff. For trousers, compare the waistband width and inside leg from crotch seam to hem. Only double a flat width when the chart specifically calls for circumference.
